Christmas Parade

We started a new Christmas tradition this year, the Longview Christmas Parade with Gamma and Gampa Bubbles. Leah and Eden started the afternoon by hanging out with Gamma and Gampa without Mom. Mom used the time to get some grocery and Christmas shopping done. We then met up in front of city hall to watch the parade. Gamma's friend Aunt Brenda was there with her daughter Linnea, whom the girls loved). Since we were a bit early, so as to assure great seats, Gamma and Gampa made sure to bring food and toys for the girls. Leah was facinated once the parade started. Another draw was that many of the parade participants were throwing out candy so Leah was keeping her eyes peeled for that. Eden quickly learned that she was going to need to be quick on her feet in order to get some of the candy.
Paige was in heaven eating all the candy given to her by myself and Gamma Bubbles.
Eden enjoyed Linnea and sat on her lap frequently (read inbetween diving for candy) LOL
The llamas were the best entry.

Linnea looks so old! :) She's growing up fast!

This is such a fun day! We are actually doing something similar tomorrow. We are going down to Seminole and my dad is taking us to their Christmas parade. I haven't been since I used to walk in it in high school. Should be fun and we'll see SANTA! :)
