Five Little Riders

You have seen pictures of both girls at Wee Bop, a music and movement class. Well, we have gone so often that the girls now have some of the songs and activities memorized. A current favorite is the lap ride "Five Little Riders." Leah has is almost memorized, she forgets a few lines. The video is Leah and Eden giving their stuffed animals lap rides. One of my favorite parts is that Eden knows how to ask for it by name. She holds her hand out with all five fingers up and yells Mom. The other favorite on this video is that Leah gets confused to start and starts out with Father (this is how we start our prayers) and has to be reminded of the first word which is why you hear me say Five in the background.

Translation of the song.

Five little riders on a summers day, hop on their ponies and they gallop far away, they gallop through a meadow, they gallop up a hill, they gallop so fast that they all take a spill.

Leah's rendition is as follows: Five little riders on a summers day, hop on their ponies and they gallop through a meadow, go so fast that they all take a spill.
