Cracker Making

I finally found a recipe for making crackers so I am trying it out and tweeking it for our own purposes. We already made the basic cracker recipe and discovered that Momma must roll the dough thinner or you do not get a crisp cracker. This time Momma made the Gingerbread Crackers and thinks they are wonderful. Hopefully they will soon reduce our dependence on store bought graham crackers. Here is an almost play by play (I did not get the camera out until the dough was complete and crackers cut.)
